Recruitment Guidelines

Beyond Leadership: Become a Guardian of Global Education

  • At Afu Education, we believe that a successful study tour is built on two equal pillars: 50% originates from meticulous curriculum design, and the other 50% comes from the mentors who walk alongside the students. Our Group Leaders are far more than just itinerary coordinators. They are the "Overseas Guardians" ensuring safety, the "Witnesses of Transformation" observing every breakthrough, and the "Cultural Ambassadors" bridging the gap between global perspectives.
  • If you are passionate about education, thrive in the company of young minds, and aspire to create lifelong memories on British soil alongside a community of inspired individuals, we invite you to join the Afu Leader Family.
