Airport Pickup Reminder

Landing & Status Update

Once the plane lands, please use the airport’s free Wi-Fi to notify us in the WeChat group immediately. (Note: The driver is currently waiting outside the airport area.)

Approaching Customs & Advance Notice

While queuing at Customs, please monitor your progress. When there are about 10 people ahead of you, please notify us in the group again. (The driver will begin driving into the airport pickup area upon receiving this message.)

Luggage Collection & Photo Confirmation

After passing through Customs and collecting all your luggage, please take a photo of your suitcases and send it to the group. (This helps the driver identify you quickly and speeds up the meetup.)

Kind Tips

To avoid high airport parking fees, the driver will only enter the airport after your "Step 2" notification.

(Driving in and finding a parking spot takes approximately 15 minutes. If you arrive at the arrivals hall early, please take a short rest; the driver will arrive shortly.)

Arrival Process

  1. Disembark: Follow the yellow signs for "Arrivals".
  2. Customs: Proceed through the "All other passports" lane.
  3. Baggage: After border control, follow the yellow signs for "Baggage Reclaim".
  4. Locate Belt: Check the flight information screens to find your corresponding luggage belt number.
  5. Exit: Collect your luggage and head towards the "Exit".
  6. Customs Declaration: If you have no prohibited items, walk through the Green Channel ("Nothing to Declare").
  7. Transport: Follow signs for your chosen transportation method to your final destination.
  8. Final Exit: Smooth arrival!
